Elizabeth's room

House in NE Heights of Albuquerque with large yard and two car garage. The house is well furnished (except this bedroom). Good proximity to Sandia National Laboratories and the VA. Also has great access to the foothills trails! There is a security deposit through the property manager; utilities range ~$60-100 per month; move in available as early as mid February or late as March 1. I need to double check the security deposit with the property manager, apologies.

I will be leaving this room and am trying to fill it. The current occupants are two males in their 20s. They are clean, tidy, sociable, and respectful. They are very active climbers and bikers!
