This is a brand-new neighborhood and all the furniture is brand-new as well. Ready to move in and live. No shopping is needed. Fully stocked kitchen, on-site laundry. You can call this home.
Tenants will be honest and respectful, respecting all the common areas, and cleaning after themselves immediately (kitchen, sink, dining area) so that other people can use them when they need. Have good credit history and never been evicted.
