The house is 4bd 2bath. Bedroom is unfurnished and bathroom will be shared with one other person. There is an updated kitchen with appliances, living area, and washer/dryer on site. All utilities are included in monthly rent.

Security deposit due before signing: $200

First month’s rent due before signing: $800

I am looking for a male student or young professional to occupy one room, I live in one and two are currently occupied. Lease is for 6 months. I am a male in my 20s working full time in corporate. I tend to keep to myself most of the time and work from home a few days a week.

References preferred, no evictions, no pets allowed, no smoking/drugs allowed, clean up after yourself, and respect roommates and their belongings.
