This house is located in a quiet and safe area in the prime location near parks, Korean Town, Little Saigon- Asian Garden Mall, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach and easy access to Freeways 22 and 405. There is ample parking on the street.

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Light cooking, no frying food to avoid oil splashing in kitchen.

Rent includes everything such as high speed Wi Fi internet and all utilities. It’s a month to month rent with 30 day-notice. Require $300 refundable security deposit, 1st month rent and last month rent.

The tenant selection process consists of 3 steps: 1/ Fill out room rental application. 2/ Tenant background check fee $27. Refundable if rent after 6 months. 3/ Acceptance if passing tenant background check.

House rule is not to bring visitors for privacy and safety of all tenants in the house except in emergency.

If cleanliness, privacy and quiet are important, this is your place.

Me: I am the property manager. I live 1 mile from the house.

The tenants: Maximum is 4 tenants at this house, age between 30 to 50, not cannabis friendly, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs.
