Jacob's room

This listing is about 1.5 miles from Mississippi College. There is a shared parking area, an on-site coin-operated laundry area. Rent would include internet and utilities. This is an upstairs apartment. This would be a great listing for a student. Generally pretty quiet here. The room dimensions are about 11.5’ x 9.5’

You would be sharing the rest of the living space with two adult males. One works at home. We also have a small dog, she’s very friendly, and housetrained. No other pets are allowed at this time. We enjoy cooking, and pc gaming, & doing things outside. Netflix and chill is always an enjoyable time as well.
General Courtesies are expected from both parties. (Respectful Noise level, etc…)
