Brooklyn's room

I am looking for a woman to take over my lease. I live in a three-bedroom apartment with two other lovely ladies. They each have their own room, are kind, and keep to themselves. One of the roommates has a cat. You would get a bedroom and a shared bathroom with one of the roommates. Rent is $800, and utilities are anywhere from $50-$100 depending on the month, these include gas, electricity, and internet. The deposit is $750. The lease is for one year. The room is available now!

This apartment is a two-story with a patio, and it is directly across the street from Ford Park and is a block away from the entirety of downtown Fullerton. 10 minutes away from the CSUF campus, and 2 minutes away from Fullerton College.

You would get a parking spot in a garage! In-unit laundry shared with other apartment owners. Pets are allowed with a $250 pet deposit. Central AC and heating. Plenty of street parking. Common areas are fully furnished.

I am sad to leave this apartment, I have loved every second of staying here!
