Cozy, bright bedroom located on the 2nd floor. The current tenant is moving to complete her Master’s Degree - so we are in search of a new housemate! The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, full-size dresser with a mirror, and TV. Has a closet, custom blinds (for privacy and temperature regulation), and a mostly private bathroom. Bathroom is shared Wednesday & Thursday evenings with another lady who works part time at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds (she does not keep any of her personal items in the bathroom). Shared space includes the family room, kitchen, dining room, back deck, and basement laundry/storage room. All utilities are included - and we have the fastest WiFi available. I am open to splitting costs for a monthly cleaning service, if you are interested! The townhouse is an end unit, in a very family friendly, safe neighborhood. There are a couple parks within walking distance, and the townhouse is located less than 2 miles away from 95. Dining, shopping, grocery stores, wellness centers (spas/gyms), and night life all close by! From Havre de Grace, down-town Bel Air, White Marsh, and everything Abingdon has to offer - there is great selection and something for everyone! Approx 15 minutes to APG and 30 minutes to Baltimore.

Hi! My name is Marie. I am a 32 year old professional, working as an Accountant at an Environmental Engineering company. I mostly work in office, but have another roommate renting out the basement who works from home. Both my basement renter, and my part-time renter work at APG. We all respect eachothers’ privacy, but occasionally meet up to chat and share dinner together (I love to cook) or split a bottle of wine. We all pick up after ourselves, and contribute to household “chores” (trash, dishwasher etc). This is a very warm and inviting household and I’m excited to bring another Roomie to “Dear Casa” (our nickname for the house).
