Private residence in quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac in Matthews NC. The listed rent includes two rooms (one could be bedroom other could be used for your own living room) and private bathroom. The rooms and bathroom are on the second floor. High cathedral ceilings in both rooms. Laundry is available on the second floor. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Close to Independence Blvd which offers a lot of shopping etc. There are no other roommates. I have an older dog that is the best dog ever (of course I’m biased). Private fenced in back yard. Parking on one side of the driveway is also a nice amenity. Do not have to park on the street.

No other roommates live in the house. I work a lot of hours and spend a lot of time at the gym. Thinking about setting up home gym if that is something you are interested in.
