37 male. I’m usually at home spending time with my pets when I’m not at work and I like to keep to myself generally. I pride myself on having a nice clean space to call home. In the past I have lived with both female and male roommates or a couple that has been together for a significant time. I’m open to share space with anyone as long as we vibe and they can pay rent on time. This room is ideal and Very Large for one or two people to live comfortably. Please ask about my cat policy, but no dogs allowed since I have a service dog on site.
