The location is one mile away from the University of Washington with close access to public transportation if you don’t have a car. It is also close to the University Village, it’s about a ten minute walk. The property is in a residential neighborhood but the neighbors are very nice and respectful. They understand that we are college students. Plenty of parking on the street. The room itself is an average size nothing special. Has a closet and an extra rack right next to it if you need more space to hang clothes. The house has two bathrooms and a total of 6 rooms. There is a bathroom on each floor. The room is on the bottom floor of the house.

The people living on this property are all University of Washington students and three of them are on the University of Washington men’s soccer team. Everyone is respectful of other people space and belongings. There are 5 other people living there and tend to do movie nights and game nights to hangout.
