URGENT: Master bedroom downtown corner unit with a great view. The apartments have communal washer dryer but the price, amenities & location make up for that part. The price is $1200 with garage parking but if you won’t need it it will be closer to $1050. I take care of the Internet, but you will take care of the excel which is usually just around 50 a month

I describe myself as passionate, hardworking , caring and friendly. I am mostly clean and mostly in my room working on projects. I work a regular 9 to 5 and I’m usually in bed by 10. I’m hoping to get a friend out of the experience and possibly share activities and meals. This location is super awesome located right in the middle of downtown. It is walking distance from 16th St., Mall, cool coffee shops, yoga studios and cool bars The room is unfurnished but I already have a living room furniture and a television to share in our communal area
