The house is in a very nice, safe area within walking distance of a several grocery stores and a couple nice trails. The house is spacious and it doesn’t feel cramped, even when all rooms are occupied. My partner and I have our own en suite bathroom so the remaining 2 bathrooms will be shared. The location is pet friendly (Cats only please. We’ve had too many bad experiences with dogs) but will involve a 300 dollar pet deposit as well as an extra 40 a month in rent. We have a washer and dryer in the house. Utilities are split evenly among all occupants.

We are looking for a responsible, respectful individual to fill the final room of a shared house. There are currently 5 of us living here (3 male, 2 female) and we each have our own room. You would have your own room and have to share a bathroom with 2 other people, as well as a shared kitchen among all occupants. We are all working professionals who value our peace and seek someone on a similar path in life.
