private partially furnished bedroom bedroom in cute townhouse! looking for a female college student to sublet starting feb 1 (dates are flexible). this property has a private patio, free assigned covered parking, brand new washer and dryer, community pool, is close to public transit, and is a 5 minute drive to the asu tempe campus. the bedroom comes with a big mirrored closet, full size bed and mattress, desk and chair, and a ceiling fan. utilities (just electric) range from $15-$50 per person a month depending on the season. water, garbage, and internet is included in rent. as it is an all female household in tempe there are plenty of safety features such as ring cameras outside, motion sensor lights, extra locks, etc. there are 2.5 bathrooms and the one i have used is shared with one other girl, has tons of storage, and is always kept tidy. the townhome is privately owned but is managed by a property investment company (with the sweetest landlord).

i met my two (female) roommates on facebook and they are easy to get along with and have been great friends! they are both 20 years old and sophomores at the tempe campus. kitchen items and appliances are shared and overall we’ve gone by the “sharing is caring” rule but boundaries are easily followed. movie nights, lengthy chatting, study groups, bingeing reality tv, and roomie dinners are common! these girls balance social life and academic life well. we do weekly deep cleans but overall stay tidy.
