The property is 1 mile away from University of Washington campus. It’s in close proximity to University Village and is walking distance to buses if you don’t have a vehicle. The room is an average size room in the bottom floor of the house. The neighbors are families but are very relaxed and cool individuals who understand that all of us are in the University. Have a backyard and one big parking spot in the back that could and has fit two cars before. Along with a lot of street parking availability. Landlord is unbelievable flexible and helpful as well.

The people living in the property are University of Washington students and three of the roommates are on the University of Washington men’s soccer team. Everyone is responsible with their belongings. The roommates are also social but not overbearing. They will hangout in the living room and then some days will just be in their rooms.
