Owner lives in one of the two bedrooms and is renting out the extra bedroom to someone clean, organized, and responsible. The property is located conveniently near Hannaford (one block away), Main Street, bus stops, the Waltham commuter rail stop (10 mins’ walk) and Moody street (15 mins’ walk).
