We have a Studio apartment for rent in Redford Michigan. In the Downtown area.

We are renting to an individual only, no couples, or room mates.

This “Basement Studio” Apartment and is newly decorated. It has a PRIVATE bathroom and PRIVATE shower.

This Apartment has a kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, Microwave, and a Mr.coffee coffee brewer. There is no Garbage disposal, however the tenant is welcome to bring a Crock pot type of cooker to use. Please***take care of your own personal garbage disposable, with trash bags.

The home is clean of “bugs” and rodents. Tenant is expected to keep a clean and wholesome Studio apartment.

We also have not experienced no local crime but in today’s world, we all need to be “cautious”. There is free WIFI and dish cable/just bring your own Television, Our rental unit is week to week, however long term is available. We accept payment weekly,at $200.00, payable every Sunday or Monday by cash of Money order. No personal checks are accepted.

There is a $400.00 dollar security deposit on the “Furnishings” only not on rent payments.

We mandate a full 2 week notice to quit, thankfully, on both sides. The air quality is very good, there is a basement carbon minoxide and smoke alarm. This is a warm basement and cool in the summer heat. The Apartment is partially carpeted. There is street parking, along the side of the house, we live on Five Mile Rd, on a corner. This studio apartment is available immediately.

There is a laundry room, the Tenant can use twice weekly. with a washer and dryer (bring your own hangers!), along with an additional $50 dollar deposit. Please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets, ETC.

I believe all the Rules and regulations are located on the Zillow web site. If your interested, please begin by texting , with your name and work history and your income. This rental unit includes all utilities and WIFI and Dish Cable.
