The townhome is located near Mississippi and Peoria. The room is currently furnished, however I can remove the furniture, if you have your own. There is a cat and dog in the home.

I’m a very low-key professional that works from home. I don’t party. I don’t smoke. And I don’t drink much. Parking is limited, so we will need to discuss when you can park in the driveway, or if will need to park on the street.

I’m pretty easy going. I don’t ask much from my roommate, however I will require you to smoke outside, if you smoke. As the kitchen is small, I request that you clean up after yourself.
