Sophia's room

The house is built in 2020. I moved to Dallas not too long ago and my house is currently occupied with 2 roommates in the first floor. There are two more rooms available in the second floor. Both room is furnished with desk and bed. One room is bigger compare to the other room (one room has walk in closet and the other has regular closet). There is difference in the price as well. The listed price is for the smaller room.

There are two roommates living in the first floor. Both female and mostly quiet. I would only be at home for once every couple months since I am living in Dallas.
