Info: Rent: $1100 plus utilities Move in Date: First week of Feb 2023 (flexibleish)

Amenities: Great parking (you can purchase a covered parking stall at an additional cost but you don’t really need it) Washer/Dryer in unit Outdoor storage Gym and pool during the summer time Generally quite area Super close to 405 and the Totem Lake Mall Pets: the apartment has a 2 pet max, I have a cat so if you have a cat or a small dog we could probably make it work! I love big dogs but the space doesn’t really permit for one.

I’m 26 from WA, I work from home in influencer marketing and I am also a cheer coach which gets me out of the house quite a bit. I love baking and pickling (new hobby) when I have time. I’ve happily exited my party phase but love grabbing brunch/drinks/wine tasting in Woodinville with my pals. I have a cat named Cosmo who is a year old and super friendly, she has experience living with other cats and smaller dogs. I moved into the apartment with one my best friends who is moving to Texas, but we’re very much still friends, if you were wondering why the room is available.

The common spaces have most kitchen items (plates, cups, pots pans), a dining room table, couch and TV. I definitely try to live collaboratively but if you have your own stuff I’m more than happy to make space. If you’re interested I would love to FT or meet up and see if its a good fit :)
