Good for a nomad/minimalist type! I am renting out the massive garage at my house that has a beautiful full bathroom/shower and has its own private entry door. So you get your own large living area room that includes a smaller room/closet area , attached private bathroom, private entry, and parking spot. This would be best for someone who eats out a lot/does minimal cooking since it doesn’t have a kitchen. You could bring a microwave though! There’s plenty of space for a bed, desk, couch, and table if you wanted to bring anything with you. It even has a small utility room connected to it and could be used as a closet, desk area, or extra storage space.

Things you’d need to bring: Bed or air mattress, fan/heater, microwave and mini-fridge (if needed), any other minimal furniture (desk, etc.)

No parties, drugs, smoking, loud music, etc. This is a nice, quiet place where you can enjoy your downtime or even work from home. 10 minutes from the best beaches in the area.

Additional cost for: utilities including high speed internet/wifi.

I’d prefer someone who wants to move in May 1st and wants to stay 6+ months.

We wouldn’t have to share any space, but I’m a real estate investor who works from home. I’m pretty quiet and rarely have people over.
