adriana's room

it’s room that we’re looking to sublease for the person who will no longer be staying with us and on the top floor of west side crossing apartment complex. it’s big and the common areas are fully furnished, you’d just be responsible with your own space!

the rooms all come with at-least one window and a full bathroom and the big ass kitchen is amazing. we do also have a half bath for guests!

the neighbors are fairly quiet and the walk to campus is only about 15 minutes, 10 minutes to bt’s, and main st itself is about 17!

this is also great if you’re a virginia tech student who commutes. we’re about a 30 minute drive from techs campus and there’s so many trails to hike and caves to explore.

my name is adriana and myself, zach, and mark are all looking for a fourth roommate. the lease ends in july and you have the opportunity to resign if you end up liking staying here! we’re all super creative people as i’m an art major, mark is a music major, and zach is a dance major!

we’re also down to go out or just hang out and play video games with other. we’re all pretty sociable, but some days we will just sit in our own rooms and chill. we’re always super mindful about noise and giving a warning if we’re having guests over.

we do also have a dog named maple who’s pretty shy but she’s super loving.
