Jim's room

A family of (4) which includes a wife (52), husband (60) and two boys ages 20 (FT employee) & 22 (FT student & PT employee) has a room available for a suitable situation and conditions due to a job loss. This is a new single story home which is extremely clean and with (1) cat.

On several occasion’s, I was in need of a place to stay while transferring jobs out of state. I was one who was an ideal candidate because it was just me, traveled home most weekends, I respected the owners conditions, didn’t make myself completely at home, cleaned up after myself, was of a military background (USMC) and kept my room in order. However, I was never in the situation where I was subjected to another’s family.
