The Condo is in Glendale and absolutely PERFECT for a student; 11 minutes to CGU, 8 minutes to Glendale Community College, 12 minutes to ASU West. The Condo is 1,088 Sq. Ft. and is fully furnished with a full Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Patio, and downstairs Half-Bath.
You will have a private room with your own private full bathroom (not the guest bathroom, as there is a 3rd half-bath downstairs). The room has a normal sized, extra deep closet. Newly painted.
About the roomies
There will be one other occupant in the other Master Bedroom; a 28-year-old Male who works full time, Monday through Friday. As well, there is a dog at the house who is incredible sweet and friendly (a head scratch when you come home will be extremely appreciated by him.) No other Pets allowed.
