Justin's room

Big rooms, very close to town, quiet street, next door to ski resort &frisbee golf course. Rent is below market rate due to a few quirks of the house which can be discussed.
House is very old, and still has parts that need light remodeling. So it isn’t really pretty yet. There are 3 available rooms, so rent can vary depending on how many rooms you would like, and/or willingness to live with additional roomate for cheaper utilities.

Im a single 45 year old clean, quiet guy. Non smoker, very rare/light drinker, and i have a cat. Im low key, and enjoy gaming, and slowly tinkering on the house.
