Looking to fill a room in a 900+ sq ft 2br 2 ba apartment in Crown Point. Half a mile from Mission Bay, one mile from Pacific Beach, .6 miles to the bars. Quiet neighborhood, close to all the action but far enough that you can always find decent street parking (even at night). You’d have your own bedroom + bathroom (which will also double as the guest bathroom), the common areas are fully furnished and theres a cute patio space out front that the complex shares. The house is fairly updated (granite countertops, updated appliances, etc) and the carpets were new when I first moved in.

Hi there! I’m Bianca, queer, 27, and I’d be your only roommate. I own/operate my own business from home, so weekdays are pretty quiet although sometimes I’ll have friends over on weeknights for game/karaoke nights, and occasionally like to go out on weekends (I’ll always give a heads up before having people over, especially on weekdays).

Ideally I’d like to find someone who could be a roommate and friend while of course respecting each other’s space and boundaries. I like to keep the house clean but I’m not obsessive and occasionally will leave a few dishes in the sink myself.

I’m going to be blunt on this one: if you’re homophobic, racist, generally intolerant (or have friends who are) this won’t work out.
