Your space: The whole downstairs! The available private bedroom is fully furnished and includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, large dresser, and ample storage/closet space. There are large windows with a nice view of the golf course. There is also an attached private living room with large sofa and a 60in TV. There is also a private full size bathroom and extra storage closet.

Shared spaces: The whole house has been remodeled top to bottom in the last year. It has a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, 55in TV, full dining room, and a serene back deck that looks onto the golf course. Beau, a friendly 10 year old yorkshire terrier also shares the space.

The neighborhood is very safe and people are very friendly. This the kind of neighborhood where everyone knows each other and looks out for each other.

I am an active, very social, 70-year-old widowed grandmother of 2 who is looking for a housemate to share conversations, meals, and to do some activities with. I am retired, workout 5 days a week, and volunteer 2 days a week. I like to go on walks with my dog Beau, go out to dinner, go hiking, go to the gym, play mahjong (and other games), and go out to listen to live music. I am also an avid traveller.
