Mallorie's room

My house is a 2 year old 2 bedroom/2.5 house is located in a great quiet community in the Nations close to shops and walking distance to a new office/retail space(we should have a coffee shop soon). The furnished bedroom for rent includes a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with an open floor plan kitchen and living room downstairs. A Master Suite(my bedroom)is on the other side of a fairly long open hallway. A dog park, common green space with grills, and great neighbors are just some of the amenities in the community. I have built a partial gym in the garage, and I hope to have that completed sometime this summer. Parking is available directly behind the house and utilities include electric, gas, water, and AT&T Fiber. I ask for a minimum 6 month lease(unless you are a travel nurse or in school).

I am a 36 year old healthcare professional. My work schedule is hectic, and if I’m not at work, I’m out socializing(Book Club, Work Meetings, Dinner with friends, etc). My last two roommates and I were friends, but I am an extroverted introvert, so it’s more than okay if you prefer to keep to yourself. I am a night owl, so I’d prefer someone who is the same or is okay with me being up late. Most nights I’m asleep by 1 a.m., and I’m quiet, but it’s important to be upfront that I’m usually not asleep before 12 a.m. It is also preferable to have a roommate who likes the temperature around 68-70 year round. It seems petty, but I’ve had roommates over the years, and the only one that didn’t work out preferred the temperature at 78. Otherwise, I’m pretty laid back. The common area is kept clean, and I have a cleaning lady come in once a month to vacuum and organize.
