Room(s) in Shared House in Prospect Park near U of M across the street from East River Parkway.

This room is on the second floor and is painted a dark red/burgundy. It can be either furnished or unfurnished.

It is a 10 minute walk to the U of M east bank campus and Stadium Village. There are also grocery stores and a Target about 1.5 miles away. The Seward Co-op is just across the bridge. It is on a bus route as well (#8). The house overlooks the Mississippi River, above Bridal Veil Falls, just off of East River Parkway in the Prospect Park neighborhood. It is less than a mile to campus. There is also off-street parking, high-speed wireless internet (shared). The house is shared by students. Lease is negotiable.

Utilities Are $50/mo.

I am able to fully furnish the room if needed with bed, desk, dresser etc.

This is a quiet living situation as we all need a good nights sleep. Each room is for 1 (ONE) person only. Need more info, contact me

You agree not to have any overnight guests. You agree not to keep anything wet or moist (e.g. snowy shoes and boots, foodstuffs, water bottles) directly on wood floors, wood shelves etc. Dishes and pots should be dry before going into cupboards. You agree to lift things or use some sort of “magic slider” when moving furniture on wood floors. You agree to lock the door when leaving and entering the house. You agree not to leave any space heaters, lights, etc., on when not in the house. You understand that cooking grease (e.g. hamburger grease) must be disposed of in the trash, not poured in sink (will clog pipes). You agree not to leave any dirty dishes or pans, pots, etc. in the sink. You agree to help keep common cooking areas clean. Please wipe off grease spatter from stove after frying food etc. You agree to take out your own trash (trashcans in your room) on a regular basis. You agree not to take property that is not yours (fans, tools, etc.) into your room without asking. You agree to buy your own toilet paper, soaps, and detergents (or share in their cost). You agree not to flush anything other than human waste and bathroom tissues down toilet.

Hi, I own the property and live there. I am into painting and currently drive a Zamboni part-time on the weekends. Yay. Anyways, the other guys have been here at least 3 years. If there was a problem with them they would’ve moved a long time ago. They are decent guys and I trust my stuff around them.

The room is on the second floor. We share kitchen and bath.
