Spacious two-bedroom, townhome is located within the Newport North complex. Close to UCI, Back Bay, and major freeways, this community is quiet and peaceful. The unit is across from the fitness center and a short walk to the pool. The master with bathroom ensuite is available for rent March 1st 2023. Laundry is in unit.

Downstairs is furnished, but wall decor and kitchenware are welcome. The master bedroom will be unfurnished at move in.

I’m looking for a responsible, career-focused, like-minded roommate. I work in Fashion Island 4 out of 5 days a week. In my free time, I enjoy being out on the water paddle-boarding, playing soccer, reading/writing, enjoying musicals, and volunteering. I have lived in this community for two years and see my home as a safe and welcoming place for me to relax. An ideal roommate would be quiet, clean, and respectful. I am social, but rarely have friends over.
