Mindy's room

This room is up for rent, $650 with utilities included! It has a shared bathroom with two other roommates. This room is on an individual lease with one-year or six-month leases available. There are five other roommates in this 2-story house. It’s only a 3 minute drive from KSU campus and I-75.

The entire household is 21+, so we are also looking for someone who is over 21. We stay in on weekdays and occasionally like to go out on weekends or have friends over. The roommates are either students or young professionals. Please no pets as there are already a couple living in the house.
