Private bedroom with shared bathroom. Currently has a twin trundle bed in the room but can be removed if needed. Will post updated photos soon. Walls are white. One large bedroom serves as an office space where you could set up your desk/computer. Pets welcome as long as they are friendly and potty trained. Gated community, lake, tennis courts, and pool access. We share bills for pg&e and internet equally between everyone living in the house
