Furnished room with separate bathroom. Lease only has ~4 months left but we can decide together if we want to resign at the end. You will have your own space and use any of the furniture that’s already there if you’d like, if not I can find somewhere to put it or donate it. Common areas are the living room and kitchen. Complex is quiet, no smoke smell, there is a pool open in the summer. Washer and dryer in apartment. Rent includes heat, water, and internet. Only other utility that’s separate is electric which we can split 50/50.
