About the room
Looking for someone (preferably age 22-36) to assume my portion of a lease in a three-bedroom home in Park Hill Denver CO, available for rent as soon as possible in January or February.
You’ll have one luxury bedroom (unfurnished) with a private master bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom about 230sqft.

More about you: we’re looking for a young professional to take over the remainder of the lease.
