Evin's room

Hello,

We’re looking for a new roommate! My name is Evin and I share this house with my longtime friend Justin. The house in Mckinleyville. We’re both 23 year old students who also work in the area. Our roommate and friend Eliana has moved out and we’re looking to fill her room. We rent through Arcata Property Management for $1650 per month ($550 each) and split all the bills evenly.

The house is a three bedroom, two bath, with a backyard, washer and dryer, and full kitchen. It is a duplex that connects with our neighbors at the garage, but you hardly notice. The house is fully furnished at this point, so you don’t have to worry about filling anything but your own room. If you’re a woman and would prefer the master bedroom with your own bathroom, we can talk about arranging that. Otherwise Justin will be taking that room.

Please send us a little blurb about yourself so we can get to know you a little before we meet. We’re pretty much just looking for someone we can trust, hopefully be pals with, and carries their weight with chores. We would prefer another student, but at the very least someone in our general age group.

There is also a $734 security deposit that will be collected with the first month of rent. The lease is month to month. Let me know if you have any questions.

Evin- I’m majoring in wildfire science and currently work at the airport for the county. I enjoy pretty much anything outdoors; backpacking, camping, surfing, kayaking, etc. I also play guitar and enjoy working on cars.

Justin- majors in environmental science and works at the student store at the college. Enjoys playing video games, working with animals (particularly reptiles), anime, music, and outdoor activities just the same.
