20th Street Northeast

The home is located across the street from the lake. This makes for some amazing views and a quick walk to the public beach. It is a one story home with three beds and two bathrooms. It comes with everything needed to live comfortably including a room with closet and heat control for your room.

There are two guys living here including myself. I am 24 years old and I run a window cleaning business as well as manage airbnbs so my days look different. The other roommate is 24 years old as well and works from 7-3 on weekdays. We are active people and enjoy golfing, working out, and going to the lake. We are looking for someone who is respectful of space and is trustworthy.
