Friends, I’m looking to find a roommate/friend for my second bedroom!

Located in the heart of Austin (78704), 10-min from the downtown core on South Lamar. Contemporary-modern furnishings throughout, fully equipped open chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, family room with large flat screen TV, Sonos system throughout the entire home. Backyard with BBQ and outdoor furnishings surrounded by beautiful Austin heritage oak trees. The room is fully furnished and located on the second floor, is spacious, and has a private balcony overlooking the backyard. It includes a flat-screen TV + YouTube-TV and the full sized bath is located just outside the suite.

Please keep in mind that I am sober and require that the house remain drug free.
