PICS COMING SOON! I live on a culdesac in Dayton in a small 1200 sf home on roughly 1/4 of an acre. The room is average sized, unfurnished & has a nice sized closet. Neighborhood is family friendly. Upgraded kitchen & small upgrades are still coming along. The room can be painted/decorated to your liking by you - upon approval. The room has plenty of outlets & Ethernet plug-in. We don’t do cable tv or satellite. We have online apps we utilize instead.

This home is a family-oriented home. Currently, it is my adult son, myself, & my roommate who will be moving out by the end of February - possibly sooner. I own four Labradors who are also dog friendly. So if you have a dog who is well socialized, one more won’t hurt. 😄 Sorry, no indoor kitties especially because I am allergic. Not opposed to fish, birds, or reptiles. Snakes don’t bother us but no spider pets please.
