Hi! My name is Nelly, my Gf and I are looking to rent our second bedroom out! We live in a beautiful brand new fully reonovated luxury two bedroom apartment with a den! Our layout is great because your room would be on the other side of the apartment and it would feel like you really have your own space! We are both working professionals with 9-5 jobs, we also both work on the weekends with some occasional days off so we are looking for someone in the same boat! Someone who is also a working professional who will pay their rent on time! We are very down to earth and friendly! We are looking to rent our second bedroom month to month! You will have your own room, closet and own bathroom! We’re very laid back but ask that you keep everything clean. Our ideal expectations for our roommate would be someone who maintains their space as well as the outside of the apartment aka, if you are in the kitchen please clean up, living room etc! No pets please, we do have an adorable Siamese cat and that’s all that we want in the apartment. The room is being rented out for $850 and all includes rent, electricity, water, sewer/trash, kitchen necessities and cleaning supplies, and WiFi. Amenities include view of lake and pool view, pool, private gym, and cabanas. We have an indoor washer and dryer which is very beneficial so that you don’t need to go out and do your laundry! We are only asking for a security deposit of $150, not half a month of rent! We’re looking forward to seeing who is interested! We are located in Tampa FL, easy access to the hwys and short commute to south Tampa/ st pete and even north Tampa!
