We have one room available for $795 in our 4-bedroom home. Located off the Temecula Parkway exit in a safe and convenient neighborhood, close to the 15 freeway, shopping, and dining. The bathroom will be shared with one other tenant, but you will have your own side of vanity and cabinet space for storage. You’ll have access to the kitchen, which has plenty of fridge and cabinet space available for your use. Full access to the washer and dryer and WiFi. There is driveway and street parking available. Utilities typically come out to $80 per month. The room is for one person only. The house has a combination of white tile and wood flooring on the bottom floor and new carpet throughout the upstairs. It has been freshly painted and is well-maintained.

We are a young couple with one-year-old and a friendly, loving husky who spends most of her time outdoors. Both of us work from home, but we are usually out on the weekends.
