Re-listed recently. Room available now; Rent $475 + utilities (~$75) / month. Seeking another responsible roommate to rent the other room in a shared 2 bed, 1 bath (partially furnished or unfurnished) apartment at The Clearing Apartments in Lee’s Summit - quiet, safe, suburban location with great access to shopping/amenities. Dog-friendly, family-friendly neighborhood, majority working class, and no-minimum noise in the building (from my experience). Prefer a working professional or responsible college student - reasonable cleanliness and sleeps during normal hours. For the lease, you’ll just need to be added on to the lease, which will be handled through apartment management (no checks, I qualify for income). A slightly bigger room may be available if you need more space, I can swap with you. Stays 6+ months or longer are welcome. Open to certain pets. The apartment is shared with another young professional (one-person); healthcare professional, a respectful male attending graduate school with work placement in the KCMO area - he will be working at the hospital or out and about most of the time. Update: Unfortunately, being added to the lease is required (I already qualify for income, no checks - just to be added to the lease); I had a couple of people back out at the last minute, please be honest and be able to pay your way.
