I work in the Real Estate & Construction industry and have really enjoyed living and working between DC and Baltimore. I have lived in this home since graduating so I really just want roommates that are mature, know how to keep the peace, and are clean! I’m friendly and like meeting new people, but also have a pretty busy life so our interactions will more than likely be short 10 minute spurts as I’m usually working, out on the weekends, or sleeping lol.

There will also be another roommate living at the upper level she is super quiet, sweet, and keeps to herself. She will be moving out middle of next year and another tenant will take her place afterwards.
