Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are renting out 2 rooms in our 3 bed, 2 bath home in south Fallbrook beginning February 1st 😊

• About the rooms -

*please note: the criteria below is for ONE room but it is the same criteria for both rooms.

1. $900 a month, utilities included.
2. $900 security deposit.
3. The rooms are unfurnished. For a furnished room with a bed & dresser(s), rent will be $1,000 a month with utilities included. This option requires a $1,000 security deposit.😊
4. 6, 9, or 12 month lease options.
5. Background check & credit check required (600+ credit score).
6. Both rooms are 11 feet by 10 feet.
7. Shared bathroom with the other roommate (and any guests that come over).
8. Ample street parking!
9. 20 min from Escondido, 30 min to the beach, 40 min from Downtown San Diego.
10. Also note, the star stickers in both rooms will be removed prior to move in and the second bedroom will have a normal closet installed with a rack, shelves, and door.

• About the rest of the home -

1. We have 2 loving Australian shepherds who either nap, play in the backyard, or walk to the lake with me.
2. I work from home and my boyfriend is out of the house most of the time working.
3. There are walking/hiking trails that lead to the lake, community pool and jacuzzi, clubhouse, beach volleyball, and tennis courts!
4. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer.
5. We also have a grill and fire pit in the backyard to hang out.
6. There are also coffee and food trucks that come weekly, you can rent out the clubhouse for events, and there are a lot of community activities.

• What we are looking for -

We are looking for a young professional who is respectful and responsible that can respect the house and community and pay their rent on time. Someone who is clean and picks up after themselves. We don’t mind if you prefer to keep to yourself or want to become friends and spend time with us! We also do not mind vaping but absolutely no smoking! Wine/beer/cider nights are welcome 😊 (Sorry, no couples and no pets)

I am 22 and my boyfriend is 24. We have been together for 4 years and we enjoy watching movies, playing games, and going camping. I am an HR professional that works from home and my boyfriend is a plumber. A typical weekday begins with both of us working from 7-3:30, walking the dogs, cooking dinner, doing chores, and relaxing watching TV. On weekends we are either out of the house with friends or family, out with the dogs, on dates, running errands, or relaxing at home. We occasionally go out to drink with friends or host barbecues. I also like to play music in the house on a speaker or TV sometimes.

• About the dogs -

Daisy will want to cuddle with you 24/7 and Sulley likes to play! They’re both a year old, they are non-aggressive, and usually just follow me around or hang with each other. My boyfriend and I enjoy a clean space so we clean up after them frequently, they are not allowed on any furniture. 😊

• About the other roommate -

As of now, we have not selected another roommate so I do not have any info to share. But - we assume they will be awesome😄
