Beautiful 2 story home in Folsom 2 min walk to trails, bird sanctuary/pond, parks, and close to shopping all around. House has pool, hot tub, fully landscaped from and backyard. I have a gardener and pool guy that comes weekly. Garage has been converted to a gym with a pool table and tv. Hard wood floors in entire home with air filters, 2 robot vacuums, and has been mostly remodeled. Neighbor are incredible and home is in a court that’s super safe. I have 2 rooms available.

I am a 38 year old ICU nurse working downtown. I’ve had roommates most of my life and am a very chill, easy going, and hard working. I am super clean, organized, and my place looks really nice all the time. My roommate’s usually become my friends by default but I’m not looking for a friend just a chill roomie lol My garage is converted into a gym with a pool table, tv with an extra fridge and freezer box. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and updates almost everywhere in the house. The house is very inviting with tons of windows and recessed lighting. I have two robot vacuums and 2 air filters for the top and bottom floors. There are two rooms for rent and the bathroom will be shared by one other person. Bathroom has been updated. $100 for room. $100 flat rate for utilities and internet. Neighbors are super chill and friends of mine. I work nights 3 days a week and sleep during the day then switch to days on my days off. I’m a deep sleeper and my room is isolated upstairs. I have a 13 pound maltipoo that is super well behaved and loves people. He will love you or leave you alone if you desire. What I’m looking for in a roommate is someone who is chill, quiet, good hearted, and values being respectful and cleanliness. My motto is leave the place the same way it lookde or better. Once a month I’ll have a poker night with my 4 of my buddies but overall I’m very chill. My friends are extremely kind and loving and get along with everyone.
