1 Bedroom upstairs, shared bathroom with one person, park on the driveway or garage depending on your work or activities, including utilities = $1100

**First-month rent and one-month rent deposit needed to move in, total = $2200

Me: Homeowner who is 25 years old male, professional, easy-going, love to work out, play volleyballl, organized, responsible, clean.

My cousin: Male 22 years old, very hard working likes to read, play videogames, hiking also easy-going, clean and responsible.

You: Great with keeping common areas clean and being a good communicator. Looking for a NON-SMOKER of anything including cannabis, cigars, vaping, etc. (Would not like someone smoking outside either- so am really looking for a non-smoker). No overnight guests without communication. A background check will be done also verifiable employment/income with recent rental history. No pets.
