• The room I’m offering is in a 2 bed/2bath (both private) apartment.
• It has all of the kitchen appliances and in unit W/D.
• We have a balcony, and plenty of storage space as well.
• The layout of the apartment is pretty nice too as it has the kitchen/living room in between the rooms - which gives a little bit more of privacy.
• Your room would be unfurnished but the rest of the house is already furnished.
• Rent is now around $1900 per person - includes parking spot (we have two)
• Utilities (minus internet) are taken care of by the building but paid on top of the rent, and they’re around $90-120/month (total)
• Internet has to be set up and paid by us, and it is usually around 56/month (total)

The building is pretty new and has amazing amenities.

• Modern community co-work with flat screen televisions, work booths, communal tables and conference room
• Luxe pool and spa complete with fire features, barbecue grills, gaming, outdoor televisions, daybeds, and modern furnishings, fitness studio with Life Fitness strength, cardio equipment, and Peloton bikes.

Hi! I’m Gabriella! I’m originally from Valencia, Venezuela but moved to the US almost 7 years ago to develop my medical career. I have lived in Chicago, and Miami for 3 years on each city and just moved to LA as my training now led me here. I’m currently a NICU fellow at LAC/CHLA which always has me really busy. I do, however, find time to workout/run almost everyday, and on the weekends I like to go hiking and exploring the city - if I’m not traveling somewhere else. Sadly my amazing roommate and co-fellow is moving with her boyfriend!
