Sherman Square Drive

I’m living in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at 1,000 square feet for only $875 a month. My current roommate is moving out and getting married in May, so I’m in need of a new roomie to split the $875 in rent. The apartment is located right off Highway 94 near 70. I have completely furnished the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Trash is included in rent but electric, water, and internet is separate. The landlord here is awesome, all maintenance needs have been fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and there is a nice pool open in the summer :)

My names Sarah and I’m currently a first year special education teacher. After my current roommate moves out it will just be me and my cat, Darcy. I’ve been living in this apartment for about a year and a half now. I’m responsible, clean, organized, and a retired barista, so I make some really good coffee :)
