Hello! Me and my best friend are seeking another down to earth, clean, laid back and responsible person for a roommate in our third bedroom of an established, HOA-ran townhome.

The lease would run from February until October 1st, with a $750 deposit. Monthly rent is $750.

It includes the upstairs loft area with a shared living room, kitchen & utility room. (The third bedroom is by the loft— The other bedroom is directly across, but you would have the bathroom to yourself.)

We do have two small dogs but this would be a plus if you’re a dog lover. NO other pets please!

It’s a very quiet neighborhood, conveniently located 6 minutes from Wrightsville beach with a great community pool.

The unit has a fenced in yard/patio area as well as a fully furnished kitchen and living area.

The perfect roommate for us would be someone who is responsible, 🏳️‍🌈 + 🐾 friendly, and willing to pay the first month’s rent with a deposit upfront. Also someone who is down to share the common areas. We are like family, and would want to meet with you prior to signing a lease.

We would prefer someone who doesn’t have a lot of overnight guests as well and can help keep the home immaculate.
