Wyatt's room

I’m advertising a private room in a one-bedroom apartment for a thousand hundred per month. The room has a heater and a walk-in closet. I have separated the front room in half to create a room space for myself. Dogs and cats are welcome, but I’m unaware of the additional charges they bring. The parking spot is 175 per month. Utilities and internet are paid separately from rent because they’re provided through me. They’re included in the rent per month listed above. The apartment building holds events sometimes and has a reservable rooftop with a fire pit, and a couple of grills. The place is in a pretty alright neighborhood in downtown Portland. The apartment provides a dryer and washer in the bathroom. A stove, oven, dishwasher, and other kitchen utilities. There is also an Ac unit in the main front room and a balcony.

I have been living at this property for a year, and have been around Portland for about 3 years attending Art College. I’m a night owl who is either doing something to relax like playing video games, watching anime, or working on a new project. I enjoy going out and hanging out with friends when I can but am pretty busy most of the time. The same is with cooking, I try to cook when I can but usually buy or make anything I can make out of convenience. I like being clean and doing my best to get to things when I can and am okay with making a chore board. Just try to be mindful of sound I also will do my due diligence, especially if you are in the front room because I don’t have a wall that blocks off the sound. I hope to be able to chill and be friends with whoever I end up finding.
