You will be renting 1 bedroom with a connected bathroom that has entrances in your room and in the shared space so it may be used by house guests on occasion. Access to full size washer/dryer, kitchen with some shared appliances (stove, air fryer, microwave, toaster, ect) Average water costs for the apartment are about $80 per month and I have already included that in the rental price listed. Xfinity cable is available in the shared living room space, and internet will be available throughout the home.The electric bill will be between $80 up to $100 on average depending on how much we use it . The bills will be evenly split which would be about $180 per person mid month. Full access to communal living room space if you would like it as well as pool, gym, car wash station, computer and printing station in the club house, outside patio areas with tv and gated parking for the complex. Pets welcome but you will have to pay the one time pet fee the apartment charges and $25 pet rent as per the complexes rules. The room is currently occupied but will vacant by March 31st. I would prefer to meet one another prior to making any commitments to ensure we are both comfortable with the arrangements.

I’m looking for a new roomate! Only must is the person be clean. I would prefer them be apart of the LGBTQIA community( as I am a nonbinary individual myself) and not be phased by a night owl lifestyle. I am working full time so will be out of the house most days between 9:15 and 10:15 am until between 6:45 pm and 8 pm. I don’t have company very often but may have guests every now and then. I may have small gatherings on occasion in shared space. Typically play music and watch tv at reasonable volume in the evenings and may come in quite late on Friday/Saturday nights so someone who would not be bothered by these habits is preferential.
