Hello there!!! My name is Jake and I have a 2 bedroom with your own bathroom available. I live in Harbor Ridge Apartments. 3805 E Copper Point Drive (Great location-right next to 84) Very Safe Neighborhood.

The apartment is only 4 years old and very nice. 2nd Floor, Faulted ceilings, overlooking water canal and walkway. Dartboard in apt if you like darts. Take a look at the 2-Bed/2-Bath online at their website (www.harperridge.com) and you can see the square footage, etc. Jacuzzi, Heated Pool, Workout machines, treadmill, and dumbbell set in the gym.

The rent is $1,650 and I’m asking $675 for one of the rooms. The Master and 2nd bedroom (your room) are practically the same sizes. The apartment is fully furnished w/ everything you’d ever need. You will need to bring your own bed/dresser…all I ask! You would also have your own bathroom, which is much nicer than the other bathroom.

Must be at least 30 years old, No Drama, Jokers or “tobacco” smokers Would consider younger “professional” who doesn’t mind getting up and working in the morning

*$100 Deposit-Half will go towards me cleaning your room (carpet) when old Roomie is out Jan 3rd. NO COUPLES-NO EXCEPTIONS Proof of Job Age, gender, race, and religion are irrelevant to me All the better if you like to cook because I do as well

I have a mini-Aussie Shepherd that is trained and don’t mind if you have a small/midsize-trained dog.

I’m 47-male, straight, and professional; the rest of my family is in Meridian & Eagle. I couldn’t care less what side of the plate you bat from. Love to bike, hike, kayak, golf, and play Frisbee with Murphy; and enjoy being outdoors all the time, but not in this weather. omg ; (

I work from the apartment, so if you have a job anytime between 6 am-8 pm…then perfect! If you work from home or don’t work at a physical location 40 hours a week it won’t work. I’m looking for a roomie that works a normal schedule like most of the US.
